Children enjoy learning about the sounds and rhythms of Macedonian music and experimenting with language to express feelings and ideas. They learn to talk, listen, read and write and to create and interpret texts. Role-playing and games are frequently used strategies, which help keep the children actively involved. There are also themes about the Macedonian culture and legends, history, poetry, literature and other creative arts: Macedonian drama and art. The lessons include activities such as questions/answer exercises in Macedonian, short plays games and songs. We encourage students to write stories and poems and illustrate them.
The School is an independent, non-profit making organisation.
